Hi Folks, my name is Sam Havelock and I am the founder of Transista and author of The Transition Mission. I created this course to empower you with a process to conduct successful career transitions both now and in the Future.

The tactics I am going to teach you are based on years of work in the recruiting industry and hundreds of hours of mentorship delivered to people from all walks of life.
When I left the SEAL Teams in 2012, I was overwhelmed and overloaded by all the information in books and on the internet regarding how to conduct career transition. What I realized is that most people pursue careers without ever having done the self-discovery work needed to understand what their super power are, how they relate to the world, and the types of company environments where they would thrive.
The end results are a disaster.
The majority of people are performing roles that are not aligned with their strengths within industries and companies that are a poor fit for their personality. Few people take the time to conduct scientific testing of their real selves much less follow a mission-focused process in job search. The outcomes speak for themselves: 78% of employees are unengaged, 55% are looking for new roles, 21% feel that their current roles are a poor fit according to recent Gallup studies.
