In session 2, you’ll assess the degree of difficulty you will have in achieving different job roles based on your current skill level. You’ll identify your cognitive abilities which will help you apply your critical thinking and problem-solving skills to your new job roles.
By session’s end: You will have a list of jobs that are best aligned with your cognitive abilities. With these skills, you will move forward in your action plan of finding your best-fit job and creating a future worth having!

In session 5, you’ll identify industries to focus on, ensuring that you’re not dedicating your time and life to an industry that is in decline.
By Session’s end: You will gain back your time, and some sanity, by focusing on which industries to apply to. You will have a clear sense of specific industries to focus on as you continue in your search for your best-fit role.
In session 6, you will research companies and their overall well-being based on different performance indicators for achieving success.
By Session’s end: By concentrating on which companies to target, you will reclaim your time and preserve your peace of mind. You will have a well-defined direction regarding the particular companies to emphasize while pursuing your best-fit job role.
In session 7, you’ll use our state-of-the-art tools to tailor your resumes, social media presence, and personal elevator pitch to align with the job roles, industries, and companies you are pursuing.
By Session’s end: You will have a polished resume and a strong personal brand echoed throughout your social media profiles that will lure in potential employers. You will feel confident in expressing your specific skillset in order to reach your best-fit role.
In session 8, you’ll learn how to network efficiently in order to achieve the best outcomes while avoiding uncomfortable situations and requests.

In session 9, you’ll learn how to interview, evaluate offers, negotiate terms, and close offers without encountering the pitfalls that ensnare 80% of candidates.
